* Appraisers from Dawson & Nye of Morris Plains will offer on-the-spot antique appraisals for items brought by visitors.  Appraisals are sponsored by Chubb Personal Insurance and the Richland Knowles Agency.  One appraisal with admission, additional appraisals $5 per item.
* Short informative lectures on various aspects of Victorian life will be presented by local experts throughout the weekend.
* A bazaar table will offer vintage collectibles and antiques.

* Croquet and lawn games ~ all day
* Fairy Garden and scavenger hunt ~ 12-5
* Hat-making (extra charge) ~ 12–3:30
* Cream tea on the back porch ~ 12-5
